We do not charge a deposit on rental equipment as long as the customer has a valid local Indiana driver’s license and a land line phone number that can be verified in the white pages.

We are on a first come first serve basis and we do not take any reservations.

All daily rates are based on a 24 hour day in other words if you pick up a piece of rental equipment at 8 am it is due back the next day at 8 am.

Pieces of equipment that have an hour meter the 24 hour rate is based on 8 hours or less on the machine in other words if you rent a piece of equipment at 8 am with 10 hours on it and you bring it back the next day at 8 am with 20 hours on it you will be charged the daily rate plus 2 hours.

We charge a 5 percent damage waiver on all equipment rented, damage waiver covers normal wear and tear it does not cover theft or misuse (abuse) to the equipment.
